CREATING A COOKBOOK

Production Time

Our production time is generally 6 to 8 weeks from the time we receive the recipes. Production times may vary based on the size of your project and/or by the time of the year. If a specific date is needed, we welcome the opportunity to discuss how this can be achieved.

Shipping

Your cookbooks will be shipped by UPS or a commercial truck line. Please provide a street address (NOT a P.O. Box) for delivery. If books are lost or damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately. Cookbook Originals will prepay the freight and add it to your invoice. You can offset your shipping costs by selling the additional FREE cookbooks that we offer. You will receive 4% FREE cookbooks in addition to the ordered quantity. For example:

• for an order of 250 cookbooks, you will receive 10 FREE cookbooks!
• for an order of 500 cookbooks, you will receive 20 FREE cookbooks!

Churches / Schools / Organizations:

There is no down payment required. We will send an invoice to you the day the cookbooks are shipped. Payment is due within 37 days from the invoice date. If additional terms are needed, they must be confirmed and approved at the time the order is submitted. All orders must be paid in U.S. currency.

Individuals / Families / Businesses

One half the cost is due when the order is submitted. The balance is due prior to shipping the cookbooks. If additional terms are needed, they must be confirmed and approved at the time the order is submitted. All orders must be paid in U.S. currency.

• Review the recipes to ensure they are complete and legible (handwritten or typed).
• Review the recipes to ensure they are sorted correctly and place into the proper Recipe Category Envelope.
• Make final decisions on cookbook style.
• Make final design decisions for your cover and dividers.
• Artwork for custom cover and dividers should be properly labeled and placed into the Custom Artwork Folder.
• Review advertising forms (if used) for completeness, and place in Custom Artwork Envelope.
• Completely fill out the Cookbook Order Form (two signatures are required).
